Loma Linda University Medical Center - Murrieta

Description of Project:

This project consists of a new Medical Center and Professional Office Building located near Greer Ranch, on the east side of the 215 Freeway in Murrieta, California.  The Medical Center is a 106 bed hospital of approximately 248,000 square feet and includes 6 state-of-the-art surgical suites, imaging center and emergency room.

The 5-story, 160,000 square foot Professional Office Building is located adjacent to the Medical Center.  The facility accommodates 60 physicians suites, imaging center, physical therapy, hyperbaric medicine and urgent care suite.
